On Camaro® the HID headlamps – requires the available RS Package – come to life with unique, glowing LED halo rings.These headlamps feature automatic exterior lamp control that automatically turn on when the system senses it is dark enough outside. When the headlamps' switch is turned to AUTO, the automatic headlamp system will turn on the halogen headlamps, instrument panel lights, taillamps, side marker, parking lamps and license plate lamps. Automatic headlamps are an everyday convenience that also are appreciated when driving in inclement weather, through a tunnel or when entering a dark parking garage.
